    Good stuff!
Its a big effort to get on the property ladder and its fantastic to see that you are doing what it takes for it to become a reality for you.
    Go Charlie!
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.

mainly want a feijoa tree... i love em, but they are so darn expensive to buy. its got enough room to have several trees, specially if i cut the vege garden in half, cos theres no way id eat that many veges alone, lol.

i had my mate suggest that the exterior paint could well be leaded, which means its gotta be removed a certain way.

Why are you being such a bitch? Did you want to do it or something?

Awesome news Charlie. I wish you all the best, you deserve it!

How's my old RG? Still going? What is it with you Helen, are you totally lacking a sense of humour? This was a joke - Sunhuntin made a big deal about how she was looking forward to the Boobs on Bikes parade and how she had talked her partner around to the point where she was keen to be on the back. I hadn't realised giving her a ribbing about this was a no-go area.

I wish her all the luck with her house buying efforts and also her decision to move on from someone who was obviously bringing her down.
