Looking for some lockable detachable saddlebags

I'm looking for some that are large (kinda like the largest 'carryon' suitcases allowed on planes. I travel light but my wife doesn't, so something that could hold say, two full-faced helmets. They need to be lockable and quick detachable and fit my 2005 Softail Deluxe.

    any suggestions?

    TIA

for helmets i suggest a givi top box. they come on bracket plates. the box can be easily removed, but the brackets cant. need an alum key.

givi also do saddle bags, but im not sure how easy they are to remove.

thanks for that but I don't think they'd blend in on the Harley.

you can get harley tourpaks and hardbags, but those would be mega bucks i think. an ex of mine had that set up on two bikes. the tour paks could fit both our helmets, but they were the classic pudding bowl ones... not sure if theyd have been tall enough for a full face lid? and the hardbags were lockable as well. however, not sure if they have quick removal options, though the bikes were old, so the design may have changed since then [65 pan and 83 shovel]

    Bags for the soft tail

K Drive make a good Saddlebag for the soft tail, they are lockable and just click off ,they are made of either leather or Iparex. Bag dimensions are 48cm x30 x 16 =46l .They also make a sissy bar bag called the Nomand in 42 l or 56l.
Check out their web site :http://www.vartex.be/. Mike

    thanks for that.
they should fit the bill. price from customcruisers is very reasonable compared to the others. a shame there's no dealer in NZ.
