A sworn affadavit would do the trick. Easy to do. Just need to write it out and get it sworn before a JP or Notary public eg Postmaster.
Wouldn't have to show up in court.
Dean Cottle's affadavit worked a treat for David Bain.

I've got nothing to hide. What's this info you have that I don't seem to? I posted up the full witness's account, how can there be anything else? Post it up.
And I recommend you take a step back, and think about what you would do if the situation was reversed, would you take the rap for me?
And what about madness, the guy has never wheelied on the road in his life, how can this be fair to him?

    Thats true.

But it keeps it out of the public domain where things quite easily get out of hand, and eventually out of context.

NO hang on -- Mr R64life and Ducatihard .HERE is your chance to tell your side of the story. Given the truth was skewed.
Please explain clearly what part of what Death Inc posted was lies.
Or for that matter what part of what the Stranger posted was lies.
Are you saying you DID NOT pull i wheelies whilst overtaking traffic ?? Are you saying that you are not letting 2 people take the blame for your actions?
Or are you simply thinking that if you muddy the waters enough people will doubt their word?

Quite frankly pulling out the racial pedjudice card smells of desperation to me .
I (and I suspect strongly the OP) couldn't give a flying fuck if you are black ,white, yellow of green. Your refusal to accept responsibility is the issue
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

Why shouldn't this be in the public domain, and how is it out of context?

One guy's getting done for DD because someone else pulled a wheelie in front of a cop.

The guy who's getting done might get off due to the obvious problems with identification, but if the dude who actually did it stood up and said to the cops "nah, it was me", the other dude would definitely get off.

Of course, the dude who actually did it would then have to suck up the DD charge himself.

    Straightforward situation.

And yes, Raj is being a coward by not taking the obvious path to get Death and Madness out of trouble. I guess he'd rather live with that fact than go six months without a driver's licence. Ho hum.

    Eggs Zactly!

There is no out of context, it's a public forum, people can voice their views.

Mine personally is that the two NOT standing up for their actions and "having a laugh" at this thread have a very funny point of view on morals. That's ok, it's their life.

They probably should know, however, that karma has funny habit of biting cockheads (that's only my point of view) in the arse. Ususally, badly.

See you on the road one day bouys.

    Too true.

According to rep I received just now (which I won't quote cos that's against the rules, but I will convey the gist of) certain people are not being cowards, because certain other people were doing wheelies all day anyway, and also, um, their bike didn't have a WOF.

The weaselliness of that logic beggars belief.

Sorry, Raj, you're being a coward. Sooner or later, we all do wheelies, we all ride machines with run-out WOFs or regos. That has nothing to do with anything.

This isn't about Death being a bad man on a motorcycle. This is about him getting charged for something you did. The fact that he did some wheelies himself at some other point in time is completely irrelevant.

Y'see, Death was smart enough to do his out of sight of the cops; you weren't.

Raj, if you think that weasel karma is a better thing to carry around than a DD conviction... you'll grow wiser sooner or later.

Just my opinion based on the facts as stated so far, of course.
