It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
I'm definately watching with interest
Which ride day? I may be there to have a look?
hello. I was given a set of these tyres to try out. full bore m3 track sport. on a VTR 1000 SP1. track bike. ran them at hampton downs on saturday. and i would not recomend them for fast track dayers or racers. they have plenty of grip. but because of the profile of them hard to turn in quickly and when leaned over the contact patch gets smaller. i was very disaponted.
Thank you for that shadypete
Better do an update as promised
Most of my riding was weekend rides which are spirited.
Got 5500 Km out of them and had no issues. squared off after doing some rides to hampton downs to be a marshall
would use them again if they were cheap enough
replaced them with Conti Motions as they were 399 a set fitted and cycletreads said i would get probably twice the Ks
I like the profile better
Been pretty good except for a huge moment(fishtail)in the rain (didnt come off though)which I guess must have been oil or diesel in which case the tyre probably wouldnt matter
Cheers

good to know. thanks yachtie
Thanks guy's some good info! out of morbid curiosity I have bought a set to put on the old zzr1100 I have always run dunlops and lets say I have found them to be overrated 205's on at the mo and the air pressure is critical with a few pounds changing handling radically (heavy beast bike) I will be taking the beast down to Hastings from Tauranga so the tyres will get a good workout I notice the recommended pressure is 32psi ft and rear a shitload less than the 41 I run in the dunlops to get grip.
Will post results.
Recently requested more info on manufacturer, history etc from importer. This was the reply ;-
Hi Geoff,
They are an American based company, the tyres are manufactured in Korea . They are new to the NZ market so were recommending that people give them a try, as they are at a competitive price. As peoples riding styles and usage differ its hard to offer advice regarding wear/mileage.
Thanks for your inquiry.
they haven't told you a lie there
