    is strap has been poorly designed

    The slits in the strap are designed wrong. The small end of the hole in the strap should be on the outside edge so that its acts as a wedge and pinches the nipple preventing the strap from dislodging never a CAD programme around when you need one lol - Always trust an Engineer
