Riding home last night car comes out of Pukerua Beach Rd and T boned me then drove off. The

So the Eagle is grounded pending insurance etc etc.

Home nursing lots of bruises but thankfully nothing broken and atgatt did it's job.

Didn't stop at all other than what the impact caused, according to the witnesses.

What I saw of the damage el Bandito is RIP sadly, I really really liked that bike.

Thanks for your thoughts, I'm very glad the gear all did it's job and lucky it wasn't worse. Will be back on something two wheeled once the insurance do their thing.

That's horrible news, but so pleased to hear you weren't badly injured. Bikes can be repaired but friends are not so easily replaced.

Main thing is your still in one piece,
those bruises are gonna get worse over the next coupla days so hang in there.
I found yelling at the insurance co. to be quite theareputic, followed by looking for a new ride.
