Thanks, on the up side of the story, Police advise the offender made an initial appearance in Court on Friday charged with Careless Use Causing Injury and Failing to Stop , and other charges. He next appears in Court on the 27th so Justice is in process.

nope.my spot is very close but who knows KL might have spent 30 minutes looking for a new tag

I have located it, looks like KL took his time or did a stop or two on the way (i do not see a fuel can in the Marine Parade photo).

You are right, I did stop on the way home an buy this fuel can. I had overlooked that some of you guys used the times between pictures to get a clue about it's location.
