that is not a claim to the tag,just me saying i have found some clues as to where it is.I cant make any sense of your clue from the streets i have figured where the pic is taken from.When someone does post a pic claiming the tag you might have to say yes or no,IF there are multiple locations which give a very similar view.It is very difficault to replicate the exact same photo.And i am not asking for more info,i think your shot and clue is just right.Perhaps more will become clear when i get myself up there!

I am 98% sure I know where this pic is. Just on question to confirm this, is there a lamp post about 3 meters infront of your bike in the pic.

Sorry, I'll make this a bit more exact, is the lamp post 1.5 meters infront, and 1 meter to the left (if sitting on your bike). This could be classed as a clue as it does not detail of exactly where it is, but can confirm quite easily if you have figured it out.
