this was in the culvert of ceres cresent where SUNFLOWER way branches off. Thank you google maps satelite view, and street view.

Not hard at all.
Its the kiosk, BBQ area at Avalon Park by the duckpond.
Sorry for the bad picture, I wasn't going to drag my bike up on the wet grass to get it right in front.
It was a little foggy, sun was just about to come up behind the kiosk, crappy phone camera etc.
Will post a new tag taken with a proper camera later this afternoon, early evening.
