thats a bloody good one..I reckon i could damn near duplicate that shot from a completely different location...next time i get a tag...I would NEVER have thought about going up a carpark tho!.How do you get in and out without paying,just nip round the edge of the barrier?

that particular carpark is a pay and display one.

I think that is because the competition is so tight these days, no one wants to risk getting pipped at the post so there is always that Dilema whether to Grab the New Tag first - or after you've secured the last.
