Hey - sorry if it sounded like i was sulking. Thats not the case at all. I just a bit dissapointed that the interest that I had thought was here seemed to have disappeared. Thats all. If the weathers fine on the weekend I will be taking the monster to Kapiti so may have to make that my tagging playground. So hopefully will see you racing to a tag over there somewhere
Anyway - it seems to be resting on cloggys shoulders now (i hope). God forbid it be stuck here forever.
rest assured mate it wont last long there....i know where it is.Once i have this clutch cable fixed.....And as i say all it will take is a couple of players to surface over there...in fact I know one who may play...i might give him a prod.....
i know where this one is, if its still there after work today i kind of feel oblidge to bring this home to Welly, but can i face it again!! come on you Rapa lot, have a go!!
Its not how fast you go, its how far you go!!
Dont be sorry Quasi, you were squarely invited to join in, and the game needs to move through some new Patch's, have you seen the Tag map of late. We in Kapiti will be happy to have an extra player or two in the region over the weekends, but you should not feel obliged to move out of your district just to take part .......... as the boyz have said, once daylight savings starts there is going to be a big shift in the game play and the number of regulars.
Thanks for the offer, i do know where it is though, just left of the........... but ill post when im leaving
Its not how fast you go, its how far you go!!
Nope didn't go fishing. The weather over the hill is indeed nicer than it is here in Welly. Although sunny on both sides of the hill, there is hardly a breath of wind in the Wairarapa whereas it is kind of breezy here in the Nui.
Anyway, the tag was Dalefield Hall on Thomas Road just out of Carterton.
Good Work Cloggy.![]()
And while we are waiting for someone to find the next tag..
a bit of useless information which I gathered while waiting.
Maybe some statistics which Paul can put on the scoreboard if he so desires.
Decided to look at the distances travelled between tags based upon average distances over the last 151 tags.
As the crow flies, the distance travelled over all 151 tags is 2010km which equals 13.31km between tags.
Shortest distance by road is 2927km, an average of 19.38km between tags.
Both these distances do not include the distance travelled from one's home to get a tag or getting home after placing a tag.
There ya go, a bit of useless trivia.
