    Also you can open the picture and save it to be able to open and zoom in on certain features (if the quality is good enough, of course)

    maybe but you have to give them somehwere to start lookin...google maps dont support long lat here ...do they?

    Well it's got me beat.
    We can guess of course and in that case I reckon even Whitemans Valley looks like an option.
    There are no recognisable features in either of those two pics that mean anything to me.

    I dont know about google maps, but I'm running google earth 5.01bla bla and it supports lat long. As you move your cursor over the map the coordinates at the bottom of the page roll.
