OK my bikes got to be in the pic ( no point if I'm not riding ) but can it have been taken before the tag is grabbed or does it have to flow in time ?

to claim the tag no file photos are allowed...a new tag can be a file photo but state how old /what time the pic was taken,its amazing what clues can be accrued from a pic,without realising.fresh photos are always best,,,in the early part of the game i used to grab the new pic on the way home...at least try to take the new pic on the same "mission".
