Go take a close look, it has no flat cargo deck, just a big empty cavity where the 'hatch' used to be and another where the 'pound' is at the back of the wheelhouse
Trust me it NOT the King Kong boat, its the dirty old Arrow

I am sure the KK boats been sunk already, or its simply off screen if still at the wharf, that boats my old ride during Hoki season
