i'll try to make the wednesday night ride for the last wednesday meet of the year. See you all there.
File pic taken about 5pm yesterday, a nice easy one to keep things rolling.
had just put the camera in the pocket when i saw a flash of a single headlight out the corner of my eye....i wonder who this is I thought. No doubt who it was as the black bike came nearer...He asked if i had got it,i had but i am not wireless I said.I proposed a team tag.My pic
BTW its bloody wet out there!
saw the guy that dobbed me in the other day....
Red Holden Ute with a canopy Number plate "FIRENZ"... also found out the guys name is Richard and he's a fire fighter at Trentham fire station. now i have his name and number plate i can write a letter to the Wellington Fire service.
having a little trouble wording my letter to the police regarding the infringement notice. i have till the 18th January to contest it or pay for it.
A complaint to the police about his erratic driving may be a good start. Tit for Tat and all that. The six other bikers that witnessed it could help
I can't see how the police can do this from a single complaint. I would ensure that you admit to nothing. Deny everything and request proof of offence and of other witnesses. The word of one person is not enough.
Ensure you include how he was intimidating you whilst driving up your tail end and using a cell phone (illegally). How you felt unsafe and concerned about your safety had you pulled over and stopped.
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker
We came, We listened, And in one voice we answered
BULLSHIT!! BULLSHIT!! BULLSHIT!! BULLSHIT!! BULLSHIT!!
A simple statement of denial is all that is required.
Due process requires that they prove the offences. You do not have to prove innocence.
Make sure you get legal advise. There are some requirements you can put back on them to make them provide info etc in advance of the hearing.
In common language. Tell them nothing. Make them do the work.
