Told you it was going to be central. Easy reaching distance from Welly and the Hutt. Not quite close enough for the Kapiti crowd but my original (which will be used once I get a decent photo) is around the same distance for everyone.

Would have made a run at it, but got totally screwed up looking for the Red Roof i thought I saw in the original pic, all along i swore it was Pauatahanui because Hawkeye had said it would be within everyones reach - but I never gave that Gallery a second glance - DOH.
Hopefully Aero will have another up soon.

ok sorry about the wait, 4hrs and a 120k round trip later, (yeah we stopped to try a few different tags) been down a few roads less traveled today a and been places I havn't been in 5 or 6 years, I,m posting the new tag cause it was taken on my camera and its easier this way

re remote posting, I dont have this capability but dont have a problem with it. to me its no different than if a tag is posted 10 minutes from you then you have an advantage over somebody an hour away

Good point. I suppose everyone has their own little advantages, be it location, time availability, local knowledge, willingness to ride all night in search of a tag (!), whatever.

I say we keep it simple for now and keep an eye on how it goes, rather than risking a great game by introducing too many rules.

Damn, Now here is one that i knew straight away unfortunately im pretty sure they lock the gates to this place after dusk - so heads up any of you who thought a midnight jaunt around a cemetry might be a goer. Im on a plane to the land of the unpalatable jaffa first thing tommorrow so I am not going to be able to give it a shot but will be interested to see how long it takes to be snapped up.
So Aero, you didnt go after the ADV Tag in the end ???, I was certain you would go after with an afternoons riding up your sleeve.

think a photo of the gates if they're are locked would suffice we were seriously considering the adv tag, but was quite some km from the pauatahanui tag and neither of our wives would have been that hot on us rolling in too much after dark, besides after the last time I moved that tag dont know if it was worth the hassle
