As I made it to the very spot I reckon its mine on replication rules, was accessible from south end (Train Station carpark)

Just jumped on here and I agree with StoneY. If the tag is accessible for replication then the tag should be replicated IMHO.

Rules say replicate pic as best as possible.StoneY's is the best replica but Leber and Sketchy are obviously at the same place,very similar view,if not exactly the same spot.I think the tag is Lebers.
If we start having arguments about better replicas after the fact the game would stop.No one would be sure they had the tag or not.I love having really good replicas but this is close enough for me.

im with stoney on this one, sorry.
but its not the same place, 100 meters away from a tag, even if it has the same objects in it, isn't the same place.
the fact it was accessible as proved by the original tag and stoneys pic makes it more a tag for stoney.
