One of the guys from the "Kapiti Coast Thursday Night Cruise" was quite sure it was on Eatwell Ave so I rode back with them and went hunting, spent the last hour riding up and down Kapiti from Kera Kera to Raumati, it was when I gave up and started to head home that I spotted it.
