Thats a good challenge you have set up there Hawkeye, If I had more free time to ride I might have attempted it. I only know about half the location's without going searching.

Again, absolutely no idea where this is and the same problem as with some of the previous tags. Too dark to make out any detail which could lead to identifying the tag.
Any clues?

yeah thought it might need some clues, and there is one little clue in the post with the pic,

clues.

1, it is a gateway at the end of a road,
2, you can participate in a number of different outdoor activities once beyond the gate.

Well that made it easy and just about right in my back yard.
Brookfield Scout Camp at the end of Moores Valley Road, Wainuiomata.
Why didn't I see that clue when you first posted the picture.

2ish unless something crops up. I intend going for a blast over the hill in the morning, catching up with a couple of mates who live in Carterton and then head back over in time for the meet.

since no one wanted it, and it was on the way home from the staglands meet and I was ready for a comfort stop I grabbed it.

thought it was somewhere coastal.I have never been down there,on the way home yesterday i nearly went down there to have a look around .
