I hope I can make it, unfortunately the "calendar" is on the West Coast this weekend... Sounds like it might be a night to leave the iron horse at home and opt for a taxi-bus combo.

I might just be daft, but I didn't notice a meeting time anywhere... But thanks for pointing out it's the one at the Palms, I only knew of the one by Riccarton.

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

I expect to be there - and my partner is coming too, she might not make dinner, but maybe.

Again, what time do we start?

The only time I've seen is 6:30.

I am tempted to head on down a little earlier.

    Thanks for that.

I will strive to be there around 6.15 then.

I'll drop past for a drink or two after work. Depending on how long I get stuck on the free work beers.

Well, guys....I have been down in the south since sunday night, and as sinfull said...it was a hell of a crossing on the dinghy...This is the first tim,e I have been able to access KB. No internet where I am so have been using the computers at the library.....alas they block KB because of the "porn" content...

Fox and Ferret at the palms from 6.30 for drinks...think we should be able to order dinner from 7.30-8.00

Also please remember to settle your bill at the end of the night, dont want it to get messy..

Really looking forward to seeing you all...

    Regards,
    Bren (-:

Yea so there we go, and again happy 39th to ya to Bren, A good night had,

I dont why I would be expected to hold a camera duh... lol. Then again, a reason why one should always be prepared.
Anyways nice meal... still waiting on desert...a coffee and a choc bar from the servo filled that last gap before getting home.

A good few drinks and some laughs.

    Cheers
