    Ahhhh mate :(

Condolences. I'm sorry to hear of your impending loss, it can be a trying time. Loosing an R1 is like, well, loosing an R1! However, and don't lynch me just yet, you're probably making a wise choice. If you can't have both (at the moment), a house is an important asset to acquire. Oneday I will be in your shoes I'm sure.

Hope all goes smoothly for you in your endeavours. Until you're set up, why not buy a run-a-round / "bronze medal" bike like a Gixxer? They can be fun, I hear.

    Dave.

well, maybe one day I can add a nice new bike to the mortgage eh?

Hopefully I'll have time to stock up on some kleenex for all the wailing I'll be doing once it goes

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
