Reason: Because of the local hoons hooning around up there and causing trouble. (Teenagers)

I found this out a year ago, when I went to take someone up there.

Mt Eden Hill is still open, but when I went up there (a year ago).... the young ones were up there boozing and then flying up and down the hill in their cars.... and hanging out there till they got the txt to say where the party was happening at.... wasnt pleasant up there at the time.
I beleive you are mistaken, take this from someone who lived a block away and regularly cycled or walked through at various times (i.e. me!). Which entrance did you try to use? *Cornwall Park* is closed at 7pm-7am, and has been like that for a long time. If you use the Manukau Rd entrance where the observatory is, you can still drive up to the peak of One Tree Hill.

    Righto

I have been told that Kwaka Kid may be dirt biking on Sat and Riff Raff will be in between day shift and night shift on Sat too. NC30 has a 21st to go to on Sat night...so all in all I'm thinking Sat lunchtime to Sat Arvo at the victoria Park Markets.

    Why?
It's central, there should be heaps of bike parks, there's a park across the road if it's sunny, we can always move somewhere else and cos I know how to get there.

There are pubs for 'a' drink ... maybe ... around there too.

Just looking to put names to faces and check out your wheels
Plus, find out where the best party is at later on

    Slipstream.....
Yep ok Vic Park market is cool...
The ???? aint far from there....in fact its across the road from it.
Thats a pub and they do meals. I park my bike on the footpath...if all car parks are taken and leave enough room for the pedestrians to get past.

so now we need a time........!

Hey wow only just caught up with this guys!!! Yays for Wellys coming up!

However no more dirt biking for me Cant get bits needed to repair lower shock mount on KDX so i miss my first ever motocross scramble And all of a sudden have a 4 day weekend almost fully free (aside from random uni mates drinking every night of it). So im keen for whatever, i have a place here in west auckland a select few could earn the privillage to chill out saturday night, although earning that would take some large quantities of alcohol to get me chopped (about 2 1/2 beers) haha. But just whatever! Dont know if ill make it down vic park, sounds too big for my style, but we shall see!

Although at least ill have a bigger area to be chased in after calling that girl/boy thingy slipstream a boy! :P

Done deal - I'll be there midday... ish... at the pub. I'm the one with a helmet (and probably wet weather gear...)

    I'm looking forward to this!
