its a pretty cool 20 ish km section - quite tight near the Arohena school as it twiists down & back up a steepish gully - the rest is nice & flowing with some pretty neat scenery. Certainly worth doing when in the area.
If you don't know where you are going , any road will get you there ............

Thanks for the advice guys, early Saturday morning ill go to Para and have a look at the rainbirds or i'll just go to Road and Sport - I saw a nice pair of DriRider jacket and trousers for over the top of my leathers for $140 ( i find the sales people very friendly and NOT a pack of LAZY arse's )
    Anyone have any other recommendations?
So after i do my chores Ill be set for a ride Hail or Shine

Went for a ride today as i was given the day off work to sort out my Wintec stuff.
    http://maps.google.co.nz/maps?f=d&so...9&ie=UTF8&z=13
Did that loop then did scotsman again but turned around at the end of bell road and came back. I was pretty fkn cold the whole way. Makes it hard to enjoy when you can't move much!

Oh yeah and i hadn't ridden the bike for a few weeks. So i thought i would jump on the bike to go to Wintec in the morning. I jumped on turned the key hit the starter and...nothing. Ah kill switch. Turned that on then it didn't want to start. Bit of choke and a few more tries and its alive. So i ride of down the road and realise the bike doesn't want to accelerate. Then it stalls at the intersection a few hundred metres down the road.

Couldn't get it started so i started pushing it back home then i thought i would check the fuel tap. Switched to off. Fucken Sidewinder (gay ass homo faggot who doesn't even ride anymore ) decided to play with my bike since it was sitting for a few weeks. When I get home later in the day the first thing i am asked by said bum boy is "did you run outta gas?"

Good news guys, my new bike arrived today, took it for a sneaky blast after work - summary: fukin A for awesome!
Gonna take a while to get used to though...

Hey, bit of a query - was gonna whack an immobiliser alarm on it but a dude at work reckons it's not worth the cost and leads to flat battery probs, any of youse got an opinion/advice about this?

Weyhey Dazz - that is so friggin exciting!! I cant wait to spot you rocking round town on that mean machine. I bought a new air-filter today and 4 litres of Motul... but somehow it's not quite as exciting. I think I may have left some drool on that yellow SV at Boyd's though (maybe Wysper's old machine?).

I'll have to be all finished by then RR. Heading out at first light but it'll be brief. Bloody freezing as well...currently -0.3C...

I'll seconded that! Whet i left home this morning for my commute to work at 5.30 this morning it was bloody -1.5C in Te Kowhai.

NOTE: Be careful going around the old Game park (The Hamilton Zoo) there is a few small patches of ice right in the middle of the corners.
