Doh! Did you manage to get out on a Ninja 300? Or too much rain? (had to revise my phrasing ) I had thoughts on getting down there myself...

And to Murray - I have removed my name from the East Cape Anniversary weekend 'pootle'. I thought I might be able to shortcut it a bit until I figured out I was looking at the wrong Waihau Bay. No day 2 shortcuts! I can't really justify splashing out more money on an Airhawk or something else right now, so even with a bit of exercise and less pies, I don't think I'm going to make it! Sorry. Next time!

I think all thanks should go to Jim, his idea and run and I just tried to push people onto.

Great day and great roads and 16 bikes - brill!!!

Thats cool - dont want you having to put up with problems for 3 days and better to get it sorted and happy when the opportunity to get away for a big ride comes sometime later.

Day off tomorrow and no work until the afternoon on Friday so if anyone is keen for a short morning ride either day then hit me up.

Anyone up for a ride tomorrow(Sat) morning?

Weather looks like it may be packing in Sat arvo through til after Christmas.

So I thought an earlyish (9:30) ride out to Kawhia for a coffee might be a go.

Will reconsider if weather packs in sooner.

Put me down as a possible - depending on If Hamilton Honda can fix the oil leak. I hope they just didn't tighten the oil filter properly? Sigh.

I just suggested 9:30 'cause I thought you guys looked like you needed your beauty sleep

Could meet earlier say 9am if you think you could make it SF.

Or even Sunday morning if weather looks better.

Suggest meeting at Caltex Dinsdale but will post update early tomorrow in relation to day/weather.

Actually, you better count me out for tomorrow. I have stock to collect before work anyway. I am also working Sunday although not sure of what time on Sunday yet. I'll stay in touch.

Cut off your arm and leg as payment they may just do a small job for you, and take twice as long doing it as what they told you

Funny I've never had any problem with them, always been value for money & in fact my preferred workshop in Hams.
