Must be the weekend for it.
I saw a group of bikers stopped at Ngaruawahia BP as I drove north late morning.

Life would be so much easier if you addressed questions with a simple answer.

Yes a great three days. Big thanks to mills and team for organising a fabulous ride .Looking forword to an other already
Well, well, well, it can't all stay on tour Murray - but the odd rumour might come out! All in all it really was a fantastic weekend - perfect weather, people, scenery and most roads were good with a few distractions like horses and dead goats but nothing bad happened and apart from two of us, all stayed on the seal the whole way! I have a few pics to put up once I work out how to get them on here (technologically challenged).
Sorry Lonestar Napier for driving the other customers away on Saturday night but we really were having a great time! Sorry about all the laughter and spilt drink!
Thanks Masonic Hotel in Napier for having us - well recommended place to stay (awesome carpet aye Murray and plenty of history there) and secure garage bike parking for only $10.
Big big ride up from Napier to Waihou Bay on Sunday but lots of stops on the way, and the pub we stayed at was a very welcome sight when we got there. Thanks to Waihou Bay for staying open for us to party and sorry if we kept you up late. A few sore heads on Monday morning but the cooked brekkies were awesome!
A fun time on bikes had by all. I feel so lucky to be able to be living such a wonderful dream. Thanks Mils for organising it. The goat did make it back! Go Jacko! And White Is didn't blow its .... on us!
Bring on the next ride guys!
Sounds like a good 'un. I was going to get you guys a police escort when you were in Napier from a mate who rides (first I was gonna get him to scare ya's
) but got tied up with ripping plants and buildings down. Would have been a Kodak moment!
In the interests of research, how much do you guys reckon it would have roughly cost all up? Young families = plan for this type of stuff for the future. Unless you're crossing the border to the Mother Island, a trip like this would be roughly the same no matter where you go.
