Doh! If you found an Irish pub you are way off course. Depending on the end of town, you could be a hop skip and a jump from some real good beer
I love how the irish pub down my end of town (with all the other pubs) looks as old and dark as the one that has been around for yonks!
I guess it's a bit late now for advice :/ Better luck next time? Or are you in town for a bit?

Around tomorrow as well. Hopefully meeting up with chick biker from Tauranga for a ride after work. Weather pending. Done my wet ride for the day.
Jap place I went to for food was nice. I'm on motel road apparently it's called.
Not objecting to a liquid lunch though if the offers out there.

I am stuck out at Huntly this week for work, other wise I'd be there. I am in town tonight for a work dinner, but plan on sneaking off for a quite one when I can at House on Hood (st). If you are looking for somewhere you can get a nice pint and some fancyish food, I can recommend the Good George on Sommerset street. Or just go for a pint, great beer!
