Might even be another grey head there tonight.

Was going to attend my 1st ever lor meeting last night. However I had spent most of the day doodling around Hamilton on the scooter ( sussing out possible sites of the current tag, tyre kicking etc) and couldn't be bothered returning after tea.
Am off camping around the Waitakere's and Kaipara harbour from tomorrow for about 3-4 days. I was going earlier in the week but kept waiting for a clearer window regarding the weather. Got the scooter loaded up, Will be back in time to make an effort to attend next Wednesdays meeting.

Anyone else want to make a group of it? Suggestions for a destination etc?

Fucksake. Hang yourself.
Yes forecast is now sunny
Good ride, good cause - get back in time to watch last couple of hours of Bathhurst at the clubrooms.
Leaving 8.30 Kingsgate carpark - be fuelled and ready to go and it would be nice if someone knows where the Auckland netball centre is as I have a rough idea only.
huge turn out last year and great to ride though the scenic parts of Auckland (round the bays) with police escort and lights etc stopped at all intersections. very well run last year. Fat bikers group from Auckland will also be in attendance.

Was the Coro lower loop (Kopu, Whangamata, Waihi, Paeroa etc) for me today. Got sick of waiting for a ride I could go on given limited riding time.
Nice ride overall. Pity about the rain between East end of Kopu and Whangamata. Rest of it was dry and pretty easy going. Not too many cars and NO loonies at all. That I saw anyway...
