It is certainly a stange possition to ride in the ol twist, I tried to impliment it. My body was saying... yeah ... maybe.. yeah ok.. but the brain was going.. F'Off!! do what you know your body is too wasted. And yeah it was!!! hehe farrr.. I need to lay off the V and Cookietime biki every morning honestly :P

Was good to finally go on a ride with you hehe

Will see what I can do about the front suspension! It may or may not improve the riding and stability humm, the question is.. how many clicks,, MMMM.

When I adjusted my rebound it made a huge difference to my riding! I am picking setting the rest of the bike up and finding some happy medium. My biggest fair is never finding it though! hehe

    1wheelriot! <-- I swear he needs not, a front wheel :P

Glad to see you guys enjoyed that route too.. always good to see new faces on the rides.. pity quasievil and insomnia couldn't make it for the whole ride

I'm going to schedule in the Te Anga - Marokopa - Awakino ride for the first or second weekend of October that leaves a couple of weekends in between for other people to suggest rides to go on in between

If you want to get the suspension working properly, invest the time and energy and a little coin and get it done by someone who knows what they are doing and talking about, no disrespect to the others offering you help above, but its a finely tuned art that involves alot more than adjusting the little knobs and things, you need to look at Sag, total sag etc etc.
My advise is to get it done right, get a few settings organised, road, track etc and take a note of it.
Also get a notebook and take note of EVERYTHING you do.........so you have a record and you can go back etc including tyre pressures.

You can get right into this stuff, but a few qualified setting adjustments will make your ride that much nicer.
Ive run out of fucks to give

Well it of course depends how serious you are, any muppet can tweak it but will they be doing it right............fuck knows you tell me lol , if you want it done right first time go and see Robert from CKT technical or Ray Clee or someone with qualifications to do it.
