Remember it is darker earlier now so must be on time to make use of the light we have. See you there.

I'd be keen for both a 10am and a 6pm ride if they involve Old North Road.
We're all fucked. I'm fucked. You're fucked. The whole department is fucked. It's the biggest cock-up ever. We're all completely fucked.

Ok first ride is done. Mad guitarist what happened to you mate? I looked behind and you were gone, I bracktacked and couldn't find you. You must have turned off somewhere.

Anyhow good ride, perfect weather, light traffic and Old North Road is in great condition for this evening. And I got my knee down about 4 times left and right. Here is the key to getting your knee down: wear knee sliders they extend your knee about an inch, and that makes all the difference. That was first time with knee sliders on too.

So all ready for the 6pm shift.

    Hauling ass helps too.
Cheers for the ride Fraser. Old north isn't bad, but it has nothing on 22. Myself and paparazzi followed an HP back into spaghetti junction.
    Till next time
