What a fucken tosser the last twit was,being DIC after crashing through a fence etc,telling the cop he wasn't drinking much hehe.

At station blew 801 mcgs,then 796 mcgs,then wouldn't sign statement,thinking he was just over limit,then after second reading thought he was under.Then having blood test,all this after annoying the lawyer twice.

Then the fucken ultimate insult he was convicted 70 hours and 6 months loss(and repair fence and car),assuming the wanker is on the dole it would take him 3 weeks to do the work,assuming he could do 3 days a week.

And the shithead kept wasting the cops time not signing the statement as he thought 796mcg was under the limit for learner(even worse).

When I was done in 2000 at 828mcg and never gave the officer any shit(they even dropped me and car home)I learnt an expensive taxi lesson $800 plus $130 court costs and 6 months,first offence and yep was newly seperated and reliving freedom(no excuse),but in todays $$ would be $1200 or so.


No wonder people don't learn,it is too easy to say no money I'll do work,then a few more hours for other offences,i.e no wof,reg,outside license conditions,get to $15000 fines and 250 hours the judge says go to jail for 3 months,then think about what you've done,they think yep piss easy to do time.

Bloody stupid though,as I said to the cop,did I do anything wrong,nope was reply,just checking people at 3.30am.I did say I was too pissed to walk(3km from town),and said imagine if I took a milk tanker out laden,rather expensive,woke me up though.

Yep but the stoopid thing is that these guys give cops absolute shite and nothing added at sentencing by judge.The guy prior to me gave the cops shit according to the prosecuting officer,the judge said xx$ for dic and x months disq,but also another 2 months for being a prat.
