Well...it stopped the ref spotting the 'Canes' last two tries for a start!

Either way it was a good game. I think the Cheifs had the edge..........still could have gone either way.

Being an ex Wellingtonian its always interesting when the Chiefs & Canes clash, but given the way I was screaming "Smash them smash them" last night I think its safe to say I'm fully converted to the Chiefs now lol.

Bloody good game, and I hope the crusaders kick bokkie butt tonight.

The thing that _really_ pisses me off is that I was out of town for work last night so couldnt actually goto the game and had to watch it, and next week I'm away for the long weekend so even if we get a Chiefs home final I still cant bloody go.. Arse biscuits!

One thing about the Crusaders is that as the underdog they can produce their best games so Sunday's game will be a cracker.

One side of me was backing the Hurricanes as they seemed the weaker looking team and 'if' the crusaders win Sunday morning they stood a better chance of winning the final. The other side of me was backing the Chiefs due to them being the stronger team and would have a greater chance of beating the Bulls on their home turf.

The best possible finale is the Crusaders v Chiefs here in Hamilton.

Sigh. Like the All Blacks, the Hurricanes are afflicted by the choking gene.

It's hard to see any outcome other than a Bulls v Chiefs final in Pretoria next week and then the Bulls to confirm their superiority over this year's competition.

Sadly your right. But we can hope that the boks get bashed. Either by the crusaders or by the chiefs.

Me and a few mates went down for the game, wicked atmosphere and go the Cheifs!

The local pub didn't like us bringing our box of beer in though

It's nice to watch a game sometimes where you aren't interested in who wins or loses -- no emotional attachment to either team winning. You can just sit back and enjoy a great game of rugby. I enjoyed watching last night's game -- there were some very good moments; Muliania's second half try was very cool.

Restaurants aren't too happy when you take your maccas or subway in either
