I have just been looking at doing my own shock rebuilds.. especially since I see tyre shops advertising nitrogen fillsfor tyres. The valve is the same and surely all they have to do is turn up the regulator to the required pressure?
My manual says charge the shock to 7psi- check for leaks then increase to 150psi.
Retired- just some guy with a few bikes......

Regas or rebuild? Theres quite a distinction. Do it cheaply or have it done properly by a technician that is trained to do so, does volume and knows all the whys and wherefores? Thats also a distinction.
