You don't have to buy it, just click download. Its like winzip it will work forever, just have a small message, when opening what you click close on. Never expires.

Hi guys. This thread is a bit old but I just got given an rg 150. Only catch is it's in bits. Was wondering if somebody had a copy of the Manuel still, if so can they email it to me please at nathan.shelley77@gmail.com. Thanks in advance.
Haha, 11 years after I posted it originally. Gotta love the internet.
I'll email it to you Nathan.
Cheers
Chris
Also just acquired an RG150 and after a copy of the service manual haha
If you could email it to s.h.curtin@gmail.com that would be much appreciated!
Decided to upload that RG150 manual I received from Beanz to my Google Drive so anyone can download it without having to message someone! Get it here!
Greetings all, looking for service manual, does Oyster still have those manuals for sale? Wanting to prepare RG over winter for development class, cheers
Hi, trying to help a friend get his rg150 running well.
Just wondering if you know the carb settings, float height, main jet size, needle position, etc
Bike idles beautiful but on throttle opening is definitely starving for gas as when I cover carb throats it starts to run really sweet, it's like when I'm choking it by hand it reeves really well but remove hand from carb mouth and it dies, jets all clean, needle set 1 notch below centre. Float height might be the biggest factor like it doesn't have enough fuel unless I manually choke it, thanks for any help really appreciated.
You are kinda in the wrong thread, but I'll make a start.
Forget about float height. On a typical 2 stroke carb as long as it doesnt leak on the sidestand or run out of gas on a steep uphill it is fine. Jetting is by throttle position and not revs. Write that down somewhere.
But what concerns me it that the carb mouth is covered by the airbox. If you have removed it, replacement will bring you the quickest path to proper running with stock jetting.
If I have read that wrong, you could be looking at an air leak. An unlit gas torch or ether start spray on a running engine could find that. Reedblocks are prime suspect as might be the long tube sticking onto the RG block.
Jets all clean. But. Have you removed the emulsion tube and blown through holes from bellmouth to tube area?
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
