Results from quick multimetering expedition.
Battery alone: 12.84V
Battery w/ Key on (Headlights) - 12.18V
Bike Idiling - 13.60V
Bike at 5k RPM - 14.04V

I had a quick look, and I can't trace the Reg/Rec cabling without dismantling more than i'd like to on a weekday, so for any further testing I may have to wait till Saturday and do it with a hangover.
Any further ideas I can check?
EDIT: In terms of full disclosure: I installed a new Stebel horn on the bike earlier in the week, although the first instance of the cutting out was before that....
EDIT 2: Just remembered if it's of any help, all the cutouts have occured within the first 10 mins of my commute, I let the bike warm up before I ride it, but maybe need to leave it for a little longer?
I've been somewhat antisocial for the last few years... Have only been back on a bike for bang on 12 months, and I seem to have lost my internet-abuse giving mojo. Perhaps I need to practice on DangerousBastard for old times sake.
