Well if racing kart was the vendor, which it appears that would be another kettle, perhaps that is what you were getting at. Doesn't tell you the SE size or width. Or the intended application.

Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
I know thats the beauty of it so little information helps. As it is adaptable to a SGM or what ever. http://www.sgm-engines.com/testi/L198_125_ICC_gb.htm
One would assume to follow the same dimensions?
wheres that list Kel ya slacker
Aftermarket part for a kart engine so clearly. You know what I just can't be bothered
Here is the dimensions for a real SGM125 rod. Rather than just for a rod that is "Adaptable" to one.
Connecting Rod 20x113mm
Model: F196.20113
Manufacturer: SGM Engines
Price: 178.61EUR 151.82EUR
Racing rod, big diameter 26 mm, small diameter 19 mm, thickness 15 mm, length 113 mm

This rod i deem to be illegal.
My ideal rod would be around 112 -113mm support a 20mm crankpin big end 17mm ish wide and a 18mm little end for a 14mm pin and be er....Free
"20mm with 113mm wheelbase conrod for 125cc (adaptable SGM)"
Doesn't quite read as "adaptable to a competition motor" to me.
Am I missing something there?
The Racing Kart logo seems related to the seller and I read that saying it is an SGM rod with multiple applications.

Looks very competition to me...
"MOTORI TELAI DA COMPETIZIONE"
EDIT: Just saw the last page.
Just get a legal motor that works, put it in the bike and ride the bloody thing.
Heinz Varieties
IF you read the reply to Daves post you may get a better handle on what i am trying to say.
the bit where i said adaptable to a competition motor was in reply to your post saying "it was a competition part" its is splitting hairs yes.
But.It does not say it is for a SGM 125 it says "20mm with 113mm wheelbase conrod for 125cc (adaptable SGM)"
I are definitely not denying the SGM is a Kart motor i have even posted links to it.
last one the NSR 125 (Vanessa) engine is 100% legal if someone after careful consideration of what i have said about a possible rod for Vanessa still says they really thinks it is against the rules i urge you to speak now or forever hold their piece.
But point taken. I better pull finger, 6 months to go, will it be ready for Greymouth
Doesn't sound like me
But you do seem to be wavering a bit to the dark side there Koba.
There is a lot of things i wouldn't personally feel "comfortable" with that are in fact legal.
Like i said debate is healthy. But i guess you are still in the. I don't think is legal camp?
I want to get in on this.
If I had a company called Racing Kart the first thing I would make would be parts for racing karts.
My take would be that it is most likely a part for another kart engine that could be used for the SGM. I don't see why a company called Racing Kart would make a rod that was neither intended for racing, nor kart just so someone could adapt it for a racing kart engine.
I know, how abouts you email them ask ask what its original purpose was. I would love to see the reply.
So if I can find a wiseco rod advertised as designed for a Honda RS125 is it legal? HRC didn't make the thing after all.
I think Husaburg has maybe shot himself in the foot here, by going on and on about legal or not legal mainbearings etc and creating a cloud over lots of things that are just generic high quality parts that happen to be used in race engines as well as non competition.
Then he finds himself in a situation where he has found the perfect rod which is right in every way except eligibility and is trying to convince himself and others its ok simply by 2 words on the website. Kind of like convincing your wife a bit of offshore drilling would be OK
Truth is if he just bought it and fitted it nobody would be any the wiser, there is only 1 race a year on the west coast.
My neighbours diary says I have boundary issues
What list? I run a TKRJ DT125 rod and bearing. I may have mentioned that I have created a list that cross referenced non model specific big ends that will fit my rod in case the standard product is not up to the job? If your rod and bearing are non model specific then use them and tell everyone to stick their misrepresentation of the rules up their pipes, just make sure you have it fully covered.
As for your kart parts, looks like you only got a couple of bites
