I know the feeling about cleaning your bike ceebie...my ZZR11 got stripped down to rolling frame and engine and it took me 7 hours to clean everything and put it back on.

Then i pissed the missus off by going and getting it all dirty on a trip to Napier from whangas straight after i finished putting it back together.

Like I said to her "You didn't expect me to put it back in its glass case again did you??!"

Keep up the good work mate; good to see one else pedantic about keeping the beast nice

I spend half an hour a day on the GS. It's still not as clean as that there CB but I know how you feel. I use the 'beast' every day, but I can't bear to see it dirty.

I'm not obsessive, really I'm not.

(after all, if it cant hear me, it surely cant feel me either) right now one of my bikes is in race mode and down at work, im getting withdrawls, so i have a picture of it on my desktop, that helps.
...when i rand up for insurance, the dude asked me where it was kept.. ..i told him i park it at the end of my bed with the alarm on!!! ...he actually cracked up laughing!!!! ..sad part though is it's kinda true! ahem..

Been for a ride, off to do some polishing etc.

I wonder why our Autosol bill is larger than our tooth-paste one??

Never mind, the matte-black finish on the T-Sport will help in cutting down THAT cost.

As a woman, a motorcycle fanatic and a psychologist - mate - go with it.

All perfectly normal actions. Nothing at all wrong with what you have described.
I have just spent 3 hours cleaning my two ..... same kind of worship.

Good therapy eh? Cleanses the soul and helps to keep the demons at bay.

What a waste. That could have been three hours riding time.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

If you mean the Abba paddock stand that my CB is on... then you could try
    emailing this guy

    steve.lebillon@xtra.co.nz

I brought my stand in from the UK when I emigrated here. When I bought the CB, I needed new bobbins to locate on the swing arm pivots. Steve was the man. He's based in Nelson I think. I think he's the NZ rep for all things Abba (no Swedish jokes please guys!). Good luck.

STOP PRESS: Yep, it's defo the right bloke. Check out the website
