The short answer is "Mark Zuckerbot". All these forums are pretty much dead or at least a shadow of their former selves and there is a direct correlation between the rise of Arsebook and the decline of everything else.

A little bit more activity would be good but I still prefer today to 10 years ago. Quality over quantity.
Still nice to see the old heads pop up every now and then too ... like Ixion a couple of days ago.

Yeah shame eh. We used to organise rides and do all sort of things here, then Facebook came along and we started doing it on there. However, since then Facebook is just bogged down with ads, sponsored posts, posts they think you might like to see etc and friends just seem to have slunk off into no man's land as they are so lost in the mire on your feed.

So I still drop in here regularly to see what's up.
    Cheers

I arrived in Ch Friday saw several bikes. Last time I was here saw very few, thought y’all were just a rumour. Just the one scooter on the way to the airport today but the the weather ain’t great.

I joined a BMW, Norton and Pre Unit Triumph Facebook page and left the first two quick smart.

Yep.... just came back after some years off this site. Really used to hum and had great times on the social rides in Auck and Welly.

If you'd gone to the Smash Palace bike show that was on the weekend you would have seen plenty

It was anti-social media what done it.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
