It's probable that Bautista's performances have been noticed in the GP paddock, it's even possible an approach has been made already. Bautista said he will not go back to MotoGP unless it is on a factory machine. The lad's probably quite enjoying life at the moment anyway.

Petrucci's ride could be up for grabs if Miller doesn't get it.

    Cheers

We are not alone with these thoughts apparently.

Been on Hols for a week (Auck/Whangarei).
Haven't been to Auck for 30 years (and no hurry to go again.).

Picked up on Rea winning a leg, but tuned in today to see the second race was canned because of wet ??
Missed my Sky at home while away.

Kiwibiker site seems to have been pretty quiet, esspecially the racing section...

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..

WSBK is just lacking for me every time I watch it.

    I feel the same.

18 bikes on the grid gives it the look of a doomed series. The dropping of the stock 1000 class was supposed to get the teams to move to the SBK class. They appear to have buggered off elsewhere.

The support classes still have good racing...

More bikes the betterer of course but I usually find something of interest. Shame about the cancelled races but it's an ill wind that blows no good. Bautista would have said a prayer of thanks to his little plaster saint.

Be interesting to see if Bautista returns to business as usual next outing because he knows his way around Misano.

I will go out on a limb here and tip Alvaro for the win(s). I am hoping for some closer racing since Rea rediscovered what the view from the top step is like.

I note that (last week) the TAB was offering a bit over $4.00 for Rea to win the championship. It is tempting as he should walk in if Bautista drops a bollock.

I must say this old fella enjoyed seeing Manu in her "Pata" T shirt.

Melandri is so tiny and she, soooooo tall. (more my size really??).

Bugger. I missed my chance to have a perve. I had to settle for watching the race instead. Fingers crossed for a Melandri podium tonight.

The most exciting part of race one was Johnny Rea elbowing Lowes into the gravel trap on the last lap. Then he said the classic line in the interview - "that's racing."

lol I must admit I fast forwarded bits of the second leg this morning.
Quite a few get offs meant I lost interest !
