I guarantee you'll be significantly quicker and smoother on the way home from the trackday than you are riding down to it. Works for me every time.

Are you heading home on the Saturday?

Well i've been booked in for a while, BUT i'll be on my new 1050 trump for this one !!
(stay in my safe zone though and play in the medium)
Hangin for it to come round !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

    Arse!!

Boss walks up to me this morning "Have you sent out your invites for the Pride in Print Awards yet?" "Nope, I'll get right on to it" was my reply. He handed over the printed invitations for the awards dinner/presentations due to be held on the faaarking 16th of May. Gah!

So I'm not going, which kind of shits me because I was running hot last Friday at Taupo and wanted to keep the momentum going.

I'll email Peter tonight and withdraw from the festivities.
I appear plagued by this brand of shit for some reason

Personally I'd rather get a "freer" track so I can go out there and learn some more and enjoy myself without the feeling of congestion and concern.
BTW every time I've attended a MotoTT track day down in Taupo I've had 5 or 6 sessions and each time there has been an ambulance in attendance.
Maybe it would be more beneficial for you to simply utilise the Pukekohe track days due to your location.
have you got statistical data to supprt the correlation between ammount of people on the track and crashes?
