Oh man, you are so, so close to legally being a midget.

You must get away running around playgrounds without many sideways glances. Sweet!

It's a few years since I tried it but that about sums it up.

MotoGP rights holders Dorna banned Dual Clutch Technology because they thought it would introduce added expense when they were trying to reduce the cost of racing. So Honda invented the vastly more expensive seamless gearbox and now everybody else wants one.

There is a field of study "The unintended consequences of management decisions". Dorna's dual clutch rule could provide a case study.

I know a lot of people don't really rate this guy, but here's the first of three reviews done locally.

Ahh, saw2 of those 3 parked up on High St in Picton last week or the week before. Looked like one of them had been racing through wee puddles XD

Didn't realise the 90's were several decades ago though. Feeling old now.

It was a surprise to see they look to be cheaper here in Australia, will try and get a test ride on a DCT model.
Have watched plenty of 'You Tube video's and it looks to be a bike perfect for the outback, dirt road or tar seal.
AU$19440 ride away here including the high on road costs.

    $16875 - Base.
    $18410 - ABS.
    $19440 - DCT - ABS

Yes, was at the Honda/Ducati dealer this morning. Shortage of them - their demo ride is in hot demand. Nice looking bike for that type.

    Nicer looking Ducatis .....

    Red DCT.

Just off the phone and told on its way from Victoria arriving next week in its crate .

It seems there are no real upgrades for the 2017 model (only rumours, spokes, cruise control ? based on the internet) and at least a March ++ wait here in Australia for availability.
