That's an MC18, and the cooking model at that. Not worth as much as a 21, or 28. Restricted and likely sitting around for a decade so crank will need rebuild and rebuild parts aren't available through usual sources.

no, I'm with Dangerous on this one.

If it were an mc21 SP Rothmans, wellll, it might be starting price to haggle from. Maybe.

    That's a nice little bike.
Not so many years ago I was lusting after one of those rather badly. The local Honda dealer said if I got serious he'd check it out for me. I went and had a preliminary look at it and it was rough. It needed a lot of TLC. It was a fraction of the price of that one, but by the time it was sorted it might have come to a similar amount.

Still, that does look a lot of money.

Well it's been done up with the 'wet' look. Like a bikini model on the beach, as if she's just been for a swim (spoiler. She hasn't).

But read further, those pictures were taken in host country, so that's genuine Japanese water (probably with a Suzuki part number).

Funny enough Just like Baywatch We used to use silicon like a product called "PROTECT ALL" sold by Pacer who sold grooming stuff to the trade for the bulk off the farm bikes.
You had to make sure you cleaned off the brakes with Brakelean as the Protectal was more slippery than the seediest of salesman.
That said, you used to shine up the plastics and seat on road bikes etc with good old Lemon pledge, as a bonus its then Smelt nice as well and didn't look fake.

the best way to apply the silicon spray it is with a spray painting gun as it spreads over evenly. but it should be wiped of with a clean rag so it doesnt look obvious. Unlike Pams titties
Same as the degreaser Generally kerosene best to use a spray gun.
Or for wire wheels, one trick is to use handy Andy with a paint brush. work really good on bare Alloy as well unpainted cases etc
JIff and heaps of water were used to get the dirt out of MX white plastic. not to strong or it will dull the plastic. if you are patientt you can remove the white oz layer from coloured plastics with fine wet and dry.

Myself personally are just glad he stopped using the unsmiling bint model

I don't really play this game. Any bike I lust after is always too expensive, any bike I don't lust after I don't care about.

Not quite sure yet where this one sits, but it is 1,500cc.

Those tanks and X7 ones were used extensively for BSA specials in cams.

What a horrible POS. But buy now is the joke. Reserve could be $700. Still not worth it.
