Another frickin' sticket thread! You want blue eh psy? I like the look of the picture croc posted as in design and layup. I like the slash cut stripe on the tank, it's slimming and sporty.
yeah, i like the more intricate work, i.e. more complicated/expensive .
Hey Psy, Link to cheap paint and clear coat http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Mo...-233396146.htm http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Mo...-233773604.htm
cheers, croc dodgy, is this what i need, lol?
Dodgy is as dodgy does
500ml of black will do your bike and have 150ml left for touchups approx. The clear is not good enough. 2-pot clear, or at least something petrol resistant, has to be. Black is always handy, so a liter would not go to waste especially out West Bro PPG is pretty good. You could get the black and clear, do the black and then clear it, then get the 2-pot over the top, that would be deeeep especially if yer going to put stickets on it. How you going with that? Buy some vinyl and make your own? Signwriters? Flea-Bay? Crayons?
re decals, waiting to hear from another UK seller who recons he can do a better deal (compared to 95 pounds) but it takes him ages to answer emails...
Psy, Why don't you save yourself the money and time by sticking some tracing paper over your tail piece, side covers and tank, then trace out the rough shapes you want for the pin stripes using a pencil, then remove them and lay out flat and tidy/straighten up your squiggle. Give them to a sign writer and Bobs yer mommy.
Or just colour them in with crayons when your done and Sellotape them on
Dodgyiti Or just colour them in with crayons when your done and Sellotape them on that's pretty much what i have on at the moment, lol

Give them to a sign writer and Bobs yer mommy. i actually have a low-resolution outline of the graphics but no detailed enough pic to make an exact replica, especially when it comes to with and colours of the stripes - so wold be a guessing work for any signmaker. i'd rather avoid that if possible.
