I was wondering if that was you! I saw you looking at me with a look of either recognition or amusement (I get that often on a bike like mine) so when I thought about it later, I figured it could have been you.

Did you have a nice ride?

Hee hee, no parrots. Couldn't think of how to make them fit without being totally random!

I did go out for a look but totally forgot to take the camera and I think that by the time I did go out with the helmet on and camera rolling he'd already gone.

    Shame, it is rather pretty

Speaking of pretty bikes, where were you?

Hi from one of the "new faces". Will certainly repeat the experience - in a few weeks time after the holiday away...

...so long as the video footage is kind to the newbie!

Ah - A new bike is the next best thing to a new baby. Actually, not new at all, just new to me. She's an '06 Yam MT-01 with just 6.8k km and as you can see, pretty near mint. The best analogy is a Harley type motor in a sport frame with sport suspension & brakes. It handles like a dream in the twisties and pulls like a train... what more could a man want

The bike has been parked up for a week in lieu of parental duties, but I will be along next Wed and will hopefully put some more km on it before then too

Incidentally, I noticed with the Gopro footage (nice and clear) that the distances seem to be stretched out, is that something to do with the lens type?
