    FXR150 Bucket Racer

    2001 Suzuki FXR150 Bucket Racer.

It had only done 12,000kms when it began it's race career. I raced it for 3 seasons, including twice at Greymouth street races.
It's a heap of fun to ride and capable of being very competitive with the right rider.

    Modifications include:
    - Slick race tyres
    - Fibreglass seat
    - GN250 carb
    - Modified exhaust
    - Clip on handlebars
    - Everything unnecessary stripped off

It also had a rebuild in it's last race season and got a new piston, the barrel honed and some porting done.
It's only downfall is the GN carb isn't really suitable for the worked engine. It needs a different carb to unlock it's full potential.

    $1,500 ono

    Thumbs up Fxr 150

    Hi PhoenixGTR

Is your FXR still for sale?

I notice it doesn't have any of the required plastic protection on it.

Considering this, plus carb requirement and freight to Taupo, are you negotiable?

    Cheers

It doesn't need it down here for long track racing
