How much for a ZX10 track bike

Hi guys. I was wondering if you can please tell how much i can get for my ZX10.
Reason for sale - bought a house
See details below. Feel free to ask questions.

    Kawasaki ZX10R 2010
    First registered/bought in Sep 2012.

Best track bike in NZ. Why because its been ridden like a road bike and turned into a track bike.
Deregistered/registration cancelled. Can be put back on road with a simple form. No need to get it inspected etc.
Can prove bike history/ownership. First bought from Honda Hamilton. I am the second owner. I have all the paperwork to prove. All service history.

    Total KMs – 7,300
Turned into track bike 2 track days ago.
Total Track days – 10 (less than 2000KMs)
    All track days at Hamptons.
My best time on track – 1.20
That means I am crap. That means the bike hasn’t been ridden hard AT ALL.
I have never ridden in 1st gear at hamptons. Never done any wheelie (intentionally or unintentionally)
Has road tyres (Q3), side stand and speedo
Always fully serviced. Oil changed 2 track days ago.

Mods. Get ready for the long list of mods.
Oh wait that’s not true. Everything standard except for the normal stuff. Nothing done to the engine or any other parts to enhance the speed of the bike.

    Upgrades –
SBS brake pads $140, Braided lines $180 @5300Kms
    -Scorpion exhaust slip on only
-Cat convertor removed (when turned into track bike)
-Fibre glass fairings custom made by Just Fairings right here in NZ. These are by far the best race fairings. Cost approx. $900 NZD. They bolt/unbolt in less than 5 mins. Really good fit.
-Painted black. You can see the metallic sparkle finish. Same as original colour. Cost approx. $1000
    -RG tank slider - $150
-GB enginer covers – not yet installed - $500
-Q3 tyres. Plenty of tread. Approx. 2000km and 5 track days done.
-Front axle bobbins, back stand bobbins, frame sliders
    -RG Radiator guard
    -Stomp grip
-Stock suspension tuned by Robert Taylor for 80kg rider
-Steering damper revalved – at hardest setting handle bars are impossible to move when stationary. Means its been revalved properly

    Spare parts
    -Original back seat
-back seat cowel from Kawasaki (worth $250)
    -Original front mud guard

What its worth and what you will get are 2 different things.

Around 9grand is quick sale and around 11grand is what you could get if the right buyer is there.
If I had 11 and wanted one I would pay it if it was dearer I would keep shopping around.

    I have been looking at buying a 08-10 ZX10R
If the bike was on the road you could probably get 11-12k for it.
But lots of people dont like buying a bike thats seen the track so i would have a guess that you could get 9-10k for it.

I sold my 08 ZX10 race bike last year, It had just over 7000kms with similar mods as yours plus ohlins internals in the forks and a penske rear shock, bazazz quickshifter & traction control, also sold with spare wheels, spare set of bodywork, extra tyres and lots of other good spares and it sold for $7500.

Unfortunately as much as it costs to build a track bike there is just no value in a non road legal bike, i see an 06 ZX10 just sold for $6500 and even that was to much for what it was.

Please compare apples with apples. A race bike and my bike are miles apart. As i explained in my post my bike hasnt been ridden hard.
Race bikes dont have value as their engine is raped to bits. NOT MINE

    Yeah what he said.

I've never thrashed any of my road bikes, even when I took them to the track.

It was minor low side crash. only cosmetic damage. Has been through a workshop to certify no damage other than cosmetic.
Due to that crash and insurance i decided to convert into a track bike. Still structurally sound and has not been derigistered (or whatever the term is) by insurance.
At the time of crash i had the option of spending few hundred bux on footpegs and broken mirror to put it back on road. But i decided to spend the same money and convert into a track bike.

The only difference between a race bike and a track bike is one has numbers on it, I know a lot of guys who only do track days and ride there bikes a lot faster a more often than guys who race plus you will also find most "race" bikes are maintained a lot of better then a track day bike.

but this is just my opinion so you could try and sell it for $9000 and after 12 months when it hasn't sold and you decide to drop down to a more realistic price around the $5500-$6500 mark let me know as i may be keen to buy it then.
