  24. Making Round things is very hard with out the right equipment, I F##ken sick of drilling holes.

  25. makeshift finishing lathe, centre hole drilled and mounted into drill head while sitting on a bearing. used a file mounted (for control) to clean up...

  26. used the brake disk centred, to make the correct hole to mount to the hub.

  27. cleaning up the threading.

  28. ZXR250 Front wheel converted...

  29. fits in nicely and even has the same spokes as the standard fxr rear,

  30. bearings as spacers, just need to mount sprocket.

  32. The next project, water cooled head, though i think i would go square its just easier!!! :)
