Done. And just so that there are ten characters I'll type this as well.
This is quite an inticing event, but the $300 each way ferry prices are prohibitive to say the least. Maybe next year!

Well the best part of a grand on travel expenses alone (not to mention accomodation and all the trimmings) and its not really the best bang for buck two weeks before the nationals (most likely date for them at this stage) start!

Well my form is in the post. I only entered in F5, I think the chance of both my clavicle being sorted by then & having a going F4 bike with baby wrangling in between are stretching things a bit.
Saw the race bike yesterday. Pushed it over compression just to change position of the engine.
Mind you I dropped the MB engine on my finger the week before. I'm not sure that's serious progress though.

There may be something else happening in our life at that time.......
I think I'll have to put an entry in (with the post dated cheque, great idea btw) to make sure I don't miss out and then decided in november if I do it or not. I need to find out the dates for nationals first and then make the call if I can afford the time off work/cost to get up there.

Hey what did we say about that. Swedish rounding remember. 19 = 20hp plus the usual plus 10% talk it up factor so really what you mean to say is that you have a 22hp bucket sitting in your shed without the chamber working. Ah yes that's better.

Sent entry off today and have requested a garage as well (if anyone is interested). If decided on F4 and pre '89 (gonna stretch the legs of my GSXR400). I can take my trailer up with up to three other buckets and one passenger if people are wanting their bikes taken up and have a spare tent available.
Cool i've entered my impulse in the pre 89's hope the class numbers are up a bit this year.

hi ryanfO62, we usually run buckets & 150 s/s together, not sure this year will make a decision when entries close so we can see the numbers entered. The bucket GPs are for buckets only, so you can race a bucket in that & your 150 s/s in the combined races if we do combine them. hope that helps

just a quick update, due to the combined buckets/ s/stock class now being full & the s/stock class doing the whole tri series, we will be running them in a different race as long as the entries promised come in. it gives us 4 spots left in the buckets now

first of all folks, there will be no B grade bucket class, once there is 42 then we take reserves. s/stock will maybe go with classics, starting 30 sec later, we have done that before, will just have to see what entries come in, ie if no more came in then they stay with buckets. entries for other classes are picking up with nearly 100 bikes entered now

... so what??????...So what? OK, let me slow it down and explain it again just for you!
I was not trying to be antagonizing in the least. I was responding to the comment made that because Dangerous is not going to the TRRS, that the cup would stay in the North island. There is still one South Island rider attending and he happens to be a very good rider, so it’s never in the bag until the winners cross the line!
However it seems you did not read the rest of the comments before jumping to conclusions and riding off on your high horse.
Do you always expect that people have the worst intentions when they say something? If that’s the case, then maybe I’m not the wally?

Shaun, You've never met AJ have you? Don't expect anything serious to proceed from his keyboard or mouth, it's just banter.

I don't need to do 140 to pass other riders. I just wait patiently at the back of the pack and wait for everyone else to knock each other off, fall off, lose something vital off their bike or blow their motor up at the end of the straight ;) (why is there no tongue-in-cheek smiley?)
