Maybe there's something in that...

slut :P

I think it'd be a good idea if we worked out at ncc tomorrow and took the afternoon off and went for a blast all over the place :D

BungBung,

You forgot the violins and trumpets, and then there are the pieces for racing car engines that they make. All of these require a high standard of craftsmanship, quality, and reliability, just like all Yamahas. :p

Now Yamaha could over engineer their products but Honda already has that spot. :D

DeanOh - What is the definition of early??? The BMWOR early is 10:30 for some other riding groups it is 9:30.

And a good rider on an SV should be able to keep up with an R1 up and down the Rimas. Its just a question of balls!

Mike

PS Can't go for a ride this weekend as I am going to Turangi from Turangi.:niceone:

Friday maybe (da boss is away then hehe)...

otherwise he'll probably have me doing something work related, since we have heaps of testing to get finished by mon... unreasonable of him really... expecting people to work when they could be out ridin' bikes :p

If it's a question of balls, then you can keep up with an R1 up and down the rimas on a 250 2stroke, well, maybe not UP, but down shouldn't be a problem...

Depends if the R1 rider is a nut too though :p

oh, I wouldn't worry about that. It's a well known KB fact that Wkid is a closet cage driver and barely stays upright on two wheels!

well for me the thought of dropping my baby is enough to keep me at (fairly) sane speeds anyway.

That and the fact that I don't trust any road where there could be shit, gravel, ice, mud or or even a sight seeing cage mid corner..

is that ANY 250's up hill????

fritter
17th October 2003, 14:13
Not ANY 250 - a standard GP bike should spank any standard roadbike, not allowing for rider of course :)

I LOVE THAT HILL......

As for the fear of dropping it?? well - I don't think about that while I am riding

.......I tend to probably travel too fast until I scare myself.......esp up Rimataka Hill

My bad - I tend to be a bit carefree when riding........probably why my shoulder got cut open 2.5 weeks ago!
