Well the Z750 is a bike whereas the GSX is a watch - http://www.gsx-watch.com/
Not really comparing apples with apples now are we?

I suspect my GSX would be a helluva lot slower, lighter and smaller than a Z750.

GSX750, both nice shiny new bikes. I took a Z750 for a ride and fell in love, but wondering if I should try a GSX just in case I love it more!

Do it! That's the only way to really find out man. I hope you can get some replies from some people who have tried both bikes. I haven't tried either one so I can't comment.
