Off topic but when looking at that post on u-tube I looked at other 'cop' flicks and saw something almost as sad- a US clip taken by a guy on a freeway.

And this sorry individual was filming his speedo showing 70mph and then filming any police vehicle that passed him on the fast lane. (never filmed any of the non-police vehicles that did likewise - and of course his speedo was certified accurate...pffft!).

He was having a boring day I expect.

On topic....next thing they'll be selling Maori visas to overstayers wanting to stay in NZ..<_<
